Lorain, Harm Reduction Clinic

You are here:

Reports and studies all agree that harm reduction programs can lower the spread of HIV/AIDS and hepatitis. They don’t make more people start using drugs. Also, many studies show that these programs can make it easier for people to join treatment programs and make healthier life choices.

HERE ARE SOME THINGS WE CAN HELP YOU WITH

  • Talking to a counselor or getting support from someone who has also used.
  • Getting help to stop using drugs if you need it.
  • Learning about HIV/AIDS and STDs (infections you can get from sex).
