Primary care services are medical services provided by a doctor or nurse and other trained medical professionals that focus on prevention, wellness, early detection and treatment of common illnesses and diseases.
Wellness and Preventative Health
- Routine Check-ups: Monitor overall health and prevent potential issues.
- Vaccinations: Recommended immunizations, including flu shots.
- Disease Management: Treatment for chronic health conditions.
- Acute Care: Timely treatment for minor illnesses or injuries.
- Diagnostic Screenings: Blood tests, imaging, early detection.
- Referral Management: Assistance with referrals to specialized care.
- Timely Access to dental, behavioral health, and vision services.
- Care Coordination: Assistance with arranging supportive care services.
Women’s Health Services
- Gynecological Care: Routine screenings, exams, menstrual health support.
- Family Planning: Birth control consultations and preconception counseling.
- Pregnancy Care: Prenatal care during first trimester and postpartum support.
- Breast Health: Mammograms and education for maintaining breast health.
- Menopause Management: Management of menopause-related changes.
On Site Lab Services
Able to order and draw labs on site. This includes PAP testing, STI testing, blood work, and wound cultures. We can complete point of care testing for flu and strep throat.

Chronic Care nurse will meet with clients with chronic conditions, to help manage the conditions and develop goals to improve health.
Any person can make an appointment to receive services. A person does not need to be a current client of Riveon to receive services.
